Eligibility

Mentoring Program

Our mentoring program is designed to connect mentees with mentors who can provide guidance, support, and advice on a variety of topics. We cannot guarantee that every mentee will be matched with a mentor or that every mentor-mentee relationship will be successful.

 

Confidentiality

Both mentors and mentees are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or sensitive information shared during mentoring sessions. We recommend that mentors and mentees sign a confidentiality agreement before beginning the mentoring relationship.

 

Code of Conduct

We expect all mentors and mentees to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the mentoring relationship.

 

Limitation of Liability

The Mentorship Project is not responsible for any harm or damages that may arise from the use of our mentoring services. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any advice or information provided by mentors.

 

Intellectual Property

All content provided by The Mentorship Project, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned or licensed by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell any of our content without our prior written consent.

 

Termination

Either party may terminate the mentoring relationship at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to terminate the mentoring relationship if we determine that either the mentor or mentee has violated our terms and conditions.

 

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are based.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated terms on our website and notify you of any material changes by email or other means.
